Handle customer conversations with confidence and warmth
Reach out proactively in outbound projects to connect, inform, or inspire
Responding to emails, chats, and social media messages in a professional and friendly way
Your Profile
We’re not looking for robots. We’re looking for real people with energy, empathy, and flair.
Talking is your superpower, and connecting with people comes naturally.
You are
Customer-focused, proactive, and friendly (even on Mondays 😉)
Fluent in Dutch, English, or French. Other languages are a plus
A clear and confident communicator, both spoken and written
Comfortable with standard office tools and multitasking
Flexible: full-time, part-time, or project-based, you choose

Important to Know
We’re looking for freelancers with a self-employed status. You’re not based in Belgium anymore and live within the EU or abroad. From there, you’ll work fully remote, supported by our tools, training, and team.
